Please refrain from selling or trading any designs to these users. Doing so is a violation of my TOS and I will refuse to do business with you if you purposely go against my wishes.Having said that, besides currently owned designs before blacklisting, no new designs may be sold or owned by the blacklisted users.Also, if a design that is owned before the blacklisting gets sold, they may not re-buy the design back if they choose to relinquish it to someone else.
